Job Function:
Evening Shift.3pm -11:30pm.Assess patients' mental health status and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer and monitor psychotropic medications, observing for efficacy and potential side effects.
Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships to support patients' emotional well-being and recovery.
Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
Document patient progress and any notable changes in behavior or condition, ensuring accurate and timely records.

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).Current Massachusetts State RN license (or willingness to obtain).BLS certification from the American Heart Association.ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.CPI certification preferred.2 years of acute care experience in this specialty.
