Road/Dispatcher Supervisor
Transdev in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Road/Dispatcher Supervisor.

We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Location: 405 North 79th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85043

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:
Starting pay $21.22.

with progression to $33.18 over 5 years.
Benefits include:
* Vacation: up to 14 days per year
* Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs.

monthly full-time employees/ 5 hrs.

monthly part- time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assign and communicate job requirements and responsibilities to Operators and Road Supervisors
* Day-to-day scheduling, counseling and evaluation reports
* Conduct on-the-scene accident investigations; assist drivers in preparing accident reports and safety violation documents.


* Host driver training and safety courses
* Assist Safety Manager with DOT compliance regarding drug testing and recordkeeping.


* Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Minimum of 2-3 years of transit supervisory experience preferred.


* Strong verbal and written communication skills & interpersonal skills
* Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
* Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not
authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
* Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.


* Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
* Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs.

with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
* Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
