RS&H is looking for a Roadway Engineer to join our growing team in Loveland, CO.
This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing you to balance time between our collaborative office environment and remote work.
As part of our Infrastructure team, you’ll play a key role in designing transformative projects that improve mobility, safety, and quality of life for communities.
You won’t just be drafting plans—you’ll be solving real-world problems and helping shape the future of regional infrastructure.
Exciting Project Work
You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-profile transportation projects like Greeley MERGE located on US 34 in Greeley, between 35th Ave and 47th Ave—two of the busiest at-grade, signalized intersections in the area.
This project will convert these intersections into grade-separated interchanges, improving traffic flow and safety.
A center-loading bus station (mobility hub) will be developed between the two interchanges, with integrated pedestrian access across US 34, eliminating a significant mobility barrier for local residents.

Typical salary range for this position in Colorado is $100,000 to $120,000 and commensurate with experience relative to the position.
