Job description

Route Sales Representative Job Summary


The position includes a base salary with a commission component.

The typical hours are approximately early morning to afternoon, five days a week.

Wednesdays and Sundays off.

The ideal candidate is dependable, has good basic math skills, and is willing to work with frozen products.

Route Sales Representative Responsibilities 

  • Making route deliveries to grocery stores, schools, convenience stores and other customers;
  • Loading trucks and maintaining inventory; and
  • Coordinating stocking and proper merchandising of product in stores.
  • Route Sales Representative Position Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old
  • A CDL license is class B or A preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • Safe driving record with no more than two preventable collisions or moving violations in the past three years
  • Ability to lift up to 30 Lbs.

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
