As a Sales & Design Specialist at Herman Miller, you'll be the face of a brand that has defined modern furniture for over a century.
You'll guide clients through a personalized journey-blending your design sensibility with consultative selling to help them create spaces that support their wellness and productivity.
This is more than a retail role-it's a chance to become a trusted advisor and design consultant for clients who value quality, ergonomics, and timeless style.
You'll report directly to the General Manager and play a key role in driving the store's success.

A starting compensation range for this role is $22.00 - $24.00.
Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors.
You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
