Oxford Solutions is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fast-growing healthcare technology company focused on improving mental health care through an innovative digital platform connecting clinics and patients.
In this role, you’ll generate new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying mental health clinics for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify target clinics that fit the company’s ideal customer profile.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads through discovery calls and schedule demos for Account Executives.
- Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns and follow up on inbound leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and track outreach activity.
- Share feedback on lead quality, messaging, and market trends.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoffs and optimize conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a B2B SDR or BDR role, ideally in SaaS or healthcare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, curious, and persistent with strong organizational skills.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Interest in healthcare, technology, or mental health innovation.
This hybrid role is based in Morgantown, WV with the potential to transition to a full-time position.
