The Sales Enablement Program Manager plays a key role in enhancing sales performance by designing and implementing strategic enablement programs.
This individual is responsible for developing and delivering initiatives that provide sales teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to drive revenue growth, improve sales effectiveness, and accelerate productivity.
By aligning enablement strategies with business objectives, the Sales Enablement Program Manager ensures impactful outcomes that support the sales organization’s success.
What you will do:
Lead and support complex sales training and enablement initiatives to enhance sales team performance and productivity through impactful programs and resources.Design and deliver comprehensive sales training solutions, including sales leadership development programs, based on proven methodologies and best practices, while staying current with industry trends.Leverage technology, sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and vendor partners to enhance and supplement training and enablement experiences for sales associates and leaders.Consult with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and other key stakeholders to identify and address evolving training and development needs that impact sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of sales training and enablement programs, using performance metrics, feedback, and data analysis to continuously improve outcomes.Lead cross-functional projects that have enterprise-wide impact, ensuring detailed planning, execution, and coordination with other sales and business functions.Provide strategic consultation on sales performance metrics and analytics, translating data into actionable insights to inform sales strategies and improve productivity and leadership development. What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
Master's degree in human resources, I/O Psychology, MBA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance consulting, instructional design, multimedia development, and/or technical training in a corporate environment OR equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience in developing and delivering sales training and enablement programs.Proficiency with sales enablement platforms and tools related to the design and development of interactive learning solutions.Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM, or another project management certification).Certifications in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or learning and development (CPTD, CPT, or ATD Sales Enablement Certificate).Certification in a sales methodology, such as Richardson, Janek, Integrity SolutionsOr any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background Salary Band: 06B

This selected candidate will be expected to work remote.
The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
