UKG is seeking a highly motivated sales professional as a Strategic Development Manager who will be responsible for net-new logo sales in the mid-market space.
If you are a highly successful HRMS/Payroll salesperson and have followed the growing success of our company, then you know that we rarely have an opening in our sales ranks.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Consistently exceed sales quotas
+ Must have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations
+ Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas.

Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.
+ Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
+ Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer’s needs.
+ Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
+ Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users
+ Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory
+ Incredibly organized
+ Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions
**Travel Requirement:**
+ 30-40%

**Pay Transparency:**
The base salary range for this position is $115,000  annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.

This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
