Sales Operations Analyst I Job Opening In Fremont – Now Hiring TEKsystems


Job description

Our client, a leader in the tech industry, is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to join their team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in protecting e-commerce operations by investigating and resolving chargeback disputes with speed and precision.
Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate cross-functionally (XFN) with teams including Sales Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to gather necessary information and resolve disputes.

+ Manage and resolve chargeback disputes in a timely and efficient manner.

+ Investigate and analyze chargeback disputes to determine their validity and root causes.

+ Utilize strong analytical skills to perform deep-dive analysis on transactional and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to contest disputes.

+ Proactively identify potential issues in the chargeback process and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.

+ Pull and sanitize data from various sources to conduct comprehensive investigations and derive actionable insights.

+ Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

+ Communicate with customers, merchants, and banks to gather information and resolve disputes.

+ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

+ Identify and address any fraudulent activity or patterns of abuse.

Requirements / Skills:

+ Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed investigations and data analysis.

+ Experience in e-commerce and a solid understanding of e-commerce flows and the chargeback process.

+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (XFN) to achieve common goals.

+ Proactive mindset with a strong ability to identify issues and implement solutions.

+ Proficiency in pulling, sanitizing, and analyzing data using tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex findings and recommendations.

+ Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous experience specifically in chargeback disputes management or fraud prevention within e-commerce.

+ Familiarity with payment processing systems and platforms.

+ Experience using data visualization tools to present insights (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
