What you'll do
Trade Shows
- As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will support the Sales team for Trade Shows, Industry events and all customer events
- You will coordinate all the materials development and will support the Sales team in the show’s execution, from booth adaptation to coordination with agencies for execution
- You will manage all selling materials for the shows, like selling or tasting sheets
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align Trade Shows priorities to overall company objectives
Samples
- You will partner with the rest of the Trade team, to make sure all Samples are ready on time for selling windows
- Will maintain the process for Samples, working closely with Sales and the Supplier to make sure is efficient
POS materials and Swag
- Responsible for Swag Strategy for Sales and coordinate with other HQ teams
- Manage vendor relationships and portal for POS materials such as racks or other permanent materials
- Work closely with marketing and Brand teams to make sure Brand guidelines and campaigns are reflected in all these materials
Budget
- Manage forecast and budget for all the above (samples and collateral), making sure we are in line with forecasts
- Monthly reviews with finance to make sure forecasts are on track

You have...
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 1-3+ years of Experience
- High degree of self-motivation and discipline
- Exceptional organization and communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
- The ability to work with a wide variety of individuals within the organization and maintain regular contact with all stakeholders
Pluses (if applicable)
- Degree with a focus in Marketing or Sales preferred
- Experience analyzing sales data preferably in the CPG industry
- Ability to work in NYC HQ office 2 days per week consistently
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000.
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs.
The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
