This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and an interest in sales operations, order processing, and customer support.

Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update sales orders in ERP and inventory systems Process order confirmations and acknowledgements in a timely manner Prepare federal export forms required for shipment of goods outside the Communicate with customers to provide order tracking updates and make adjustments as needed Coordinate with Sales Operations, shipping teams, and customers to ensure timely order fulfillment Monitor and manage inventory across multiple locations to meet customer demands Work independently to resolve issues or escalate when necessary Requirements:
