In this role, you will connect with residential clients, build strong relationships, and guide them through the construction process from first contact to project completion.
With a commission-only structure and no cap on earnings, your income is directly tied to your drive, skill, and results.

Key Responsibilities-
Generate and follow up on leads to secure new residential construction projects.-
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-up.-
Present proposals and project details in a professional, client-focused manner.-
Collaborate with project managers to ensure client expectations are met throughout the project.-
Track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in company systems.-
Attend occasional weekend client meetings, networking events, or site visits as required.-
Represent American Central Corp with professionalism, integrity, and pride in appearance.
Qualifications-
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in residential construction or a related field.-
High school diploma or GED required.-
Self-starter with strong motivation and a results-driven mindset.-
Professional appearance and excellent verbal communication skills.-
Able-bodied and comfortable with occasional on-site client visits.-
Responsive, respectful, and responsible in all client and team interactions.-
Must be comfortable inspecting and climbing on roofs.
