**What is the Two-Summer Sales Rotational Program Internship?**

Our internship program is a crucial component of a comprehensive 3–5-year sales development initiative.

It's designed to prepare you for a rewarding field sales role within just 3 years after your graduation, contingent upon your performance and ITW Welding's current business requirements.

**What Can You Expect?**

+ A Minimum of 10 Weeks Each Summer: Dive into the world of sales with two consecutive summer rotations, each lasting a minimum of 10 weeks.
+ Hands-On Experience: Collaborate closely with our Applications and Welding Engineering teams, Technical Sales experts, and Customer Service professionals.

You'll analyze customers' needs and sales data, design, or re-design products, develop prototypes, conduct testing, and bring innovative solutions to life for our key end-user customers.
+ Industry Insights: Gain a unique opportunity to explore welding applications across diverse industries throughout North America.
+ Travel Opportunities: Be prepared for approximately 30% travel, where you'll support both existing and new customers.
+ Rotational Locations: Embark on a journey that includes rotations in 2 out of 3 exciting locations:
