Job Title: Sales Support Representative
Job Description
This role is essential in supporting the Sales, Procurement, Customer Services, and Administration teams.

The candidate will engage with vendors regarding customer requests, process orders, provide estimates and quotes, plan deliveries, and manage work orders.

Collaboration with vendors and purchasing departments to determine pricing and sourcing is crucial.

Staying informed about customer market trends, new products, and the ability to effectively pitch products is a key aspect of the job.

The candidate must learn, apply, and communicate details about product availability, use, benefits, and pricing structure.
Responsibilities

+ Support Sales, Procurement, Customer Services, and Admin teams.

+ Reach out to vendors about customer requests.

+ Process orders and provide estimates and quotes.

+ Plan deliveries and manage work orders.

+ Collaborate with vendors and purchasing departments for pricing and sourcing.

+ Stay current on customer market trends and new products.

+ Pitch products effectively.

+ Learn, apply, and communicate product details including availability, use, benefits, and pricing structure.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
