Sales Technology and Analytics Manager Job Opening In Queens – Now Hiring OEC Group

As the Sales Technology and Analytics Manager, your role will involve overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the IT Sales and Marketing, Data and Business Analytic and B2B portal services.

You will be managing a team of IT professionals and third-party consultants to ensure the system meets business requirements and to provide seamless service delivery.

You will be instrumental in optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency.

What we’re looking for…

  • 10+ years of experience in IT / 5+ years of people management experience
  • CRM, Rate & Quotation Management Systems (Design, Build, and Run)
  • BI Dashboard design and development (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik)
  • Business Portal/Website project/enhancement delivery experience
  • Conversational Mandarin fluency is a plus
  • What you will do:

  • Business EngagementManage stakeholders to understand new needs and review existing service fit-for-purpose
  • Solution Integration DesignDefine service roadmap aligning to business and foundation needsCollaborate within IT globally to align roadmap directions, standards and policies
  • Project/Program managementLead projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring and closing/training-to-runManage portfolio of projects align to service roadmapCoach team project managers to increase competency and autonomy
  • Team LeadershipManage and mentor a team of IT professionals and suppliers/consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth
  • Service Operation & Continuous ImprovementOversee changes, enhancements, incidents resolution, and service requests to be delivered on expected service levelManage performance of external vendors and service providersDrive knowledge management and capability delegation (Shift-left/Service Service)Manage IT asset lifecycle and visibilityControl IT policies and procedures, including data security and regulatory compliance Proactively identify and act on opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and automation, to increase efficiency and effectivenessStay up to date with emerging IT trends, technologies, and industry best practices

    New York Office: 9 am-6 pm EST (Hybrid)

    Work Experience & Education:

  • BackgroundBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field10+ years of experience in IT, of which 5+ years in people management roleExperience in Logistic/Freight Forwarding industry is a plus
  • General CompetenciesIT Project/Program Management (Practical experiences of SCRUM/PMP applications)IT Service Management (ITIL foundation mandatory; Advanced level is a plus)Process Improvement techniques (Process mapping, Kaizen/Rapid Improvement Blitz, Visual Management is a plus)
  • Technical Domain CompetenciesExceptional experiences and demonstratable skills inCRM (SugarCRM, Salesforce, etc.), Rate & Quotation Management Systems (design, build and run)BI Dashboard design and development (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik)Business Portal/Website project/enhancement deliveryPractical working knowledge of:Data warehouseEDI/APIERP, TMS (Cargowise)
  • Salary Range:

    $150,000-$170,000 annually based on education and experience level
