Experience Range – 12 to 15 years
Location - Boston, MA (100% Day one Onsite )
Salary: $125k/yr Base + 10% Org bonus + 10% performance bonus

Job Description :
Architecture & Solution Design Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce CPQ, RCA, and Billing projects.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs.
Ensure best practices for data modeling, pricing engine configuration, contract lifecycle management, revenue recognition, and billing processes.
Design and oversee integrations with ERP/Finance systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) using APIs, middleware, or iPaaS (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).
Technical Leadership & Governance Act as the technical authority for all Revenue Cloud (CPQ/RCA/Billing) design decisions.
Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
Provide guidance to developers, admins, and Client on Salesforce configuration and customization standards.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, performance, and scalability guidelines.
Delivery & Execution Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
Support development teams in building, testing, and deploying CPQ and Billing functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve architectural and integration challenges.
Own the data migration strategy for product catalogs, contracts, pricing rules, and billing data.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement Engage directly with CXO-level stakeholders to influence technology and process decisions.
Lead solution walkthroughs and demos to gain alignment and approval.
Advise clients on Salesforce roadmap, scalability, and optimization opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of CRM/SaaS implementation experience, with at least 5+ years in Salesforce architecture.
Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud including: CPQ (product configuration, pricing models, discounting, approval workflows) RCA (revenue recognition, contract amendments, ASC 606 compliance) Billing (subscription, usage-based billing, invoicing, payment processing, dunning)
Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash business processes.
Proven experience designing end-to-end integrations with ERP/Finance systems.
Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and middleware.
Familiarity with Agile delivery models and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, automated testing).
Salesforce certifications strongly preferred:
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/Systems Architect Revenue Cloud Consultant / CPQ Specialist Desired Attributes
Strong consulting skills with ability to balance business needs and technical constraints.
Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities across diverse global teams.
Strong communication skills to present architecture recommendations to executives.
Ability to anticipate risks and design for scale, performance, and security.
