About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Salesforce developer to troubleshoot and enhance a recently launched Salesforce application, ensuring optimized functionality and public service delivery.

The ideal candidate brings both technical fluency and a deep understanding of how to map.


Duties and Responsibilities: (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive):

  • Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that align with agency goals, compliance frameworks, and service mandates.

  • Collaborate with program managers and policy leads to convert operational requirements into functional Salesforce capabilities.

  • Ensure platform configurations meet data governance, cybersecurity, and accessibility standards including FedRAMP, FISMA, and Section 508.

  • Integrate Salesforce with legacy systems to streamline workflows and enhance inter-agency collaboration.

  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to government teams, fostering long-term platform sustainability.
  • Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Hands-on Salesforce Development: 3–5+ years of direct experience in developing and shipping Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Visualforce pages

  • Salesforce Data Model Proficiency: Advanced skills in designing and refactoring complex custom objects, lookups, master-detail relationships, and automation (Flows, Process Builder).


  • Integrationsexperience: Build/Maintainintegrations – API (Rest/Soap) with 3rdparties, OAuth, Mulesoft,etc.

  • Testing/Deployments: Automated tests / BDD; CI/CD - Copado expertise

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and public sector IT compliance frameworks

  • Ability to translate programmatic needs into agile technical solutions

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer

  • Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer

  • Salesforce Certified Consultant (Public Sector Solutions, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification a plus
