Core Skills and Experience:

Salesforce Health Cloud Experience
- Proven track record implementing or managing Salesforce Health Cloud specifically (not just generic Salesforce CRM).
- Familiarity with Health Cloud objects like Care Plans, Patients, Households, Referrals, Care Teams, and Encounters.
- Experience configuring Health Cloud data models for B2C or payer/provider use cases.

Client Data Migration & Integration
- Experience with migrating client data from legacy/homegrown systems into Salesforce.
- Ability to map and transform data, manage validation/QA cycles, and work with technical teams on integrations
- Understanding of ETL tools
3.
Healthcare Industry Knowledge
- Experience working in healthcare services, population health, case management, or patient engagement.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI data handling, and typical client lifecycle workflows in healthcare settings.
- Bonus: Knowledge of value-based care, health equity, or behavioral health support.
4.
Project Management & Stakeholder Communication
- Ability to independently run stakeholder meetings, capture requirements, and manage timelines.
- Strong skills in cross-functional communication, especially with clinicians, client success teams, and Salesforce devs/admins.
- Experience with Jira.
5.
Change Management & User Training
- Able to drive user adoption: provide input on training materials, work with teams to test and roll out changes smoothly.
- Experience in creating client onboarding playbooks or job aids.
