Job Description:As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable CRM solutions that enhance patient experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect robust systems using Salesforce Health Cloud, cloud platforms, and data integration technologies.
This role requires hands-on expertise in CRM architecture, patient engagement workflows, and compliance with healthcare data standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and integrations
- Define architecture for large-scale patient support programs including case management and engagement
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy and governance standards
- Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints
- Integrate partner services such as benefits verification and co-pay processing
- Provide oversight and direction for CRM implementations and data integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand solution requirements and challenges
- Conduct proof of concepts to validate feasibility and present outcomes
- Streamline existing architecture and deliver reusable services
- Identify opportunities for component reuse and cost optimization
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure operable solutions aligned with business processes
- Identify and communicate risks associated with application implementation
- Support project execution and mitigate architecture-related issues
- Maintain architecture documentation and communicate changes effectively
- Provide expert guidance to development teams on technical architecture
- Create and maintain architecture roadmaps aligned with business needs
- Manage workload and deliver on project milestones
- Communicate project status and design changes professionally
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Align architecture implementation with Agile DevOps practices
- Stay current with CRM technologies and industry best practices
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Salesforce certified Application and System Architect preferred
- Extensive experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, and Data Raptors
- Strong background in Salesforce Health Cloud including FHIR integrations and consent management
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to translate functional requirements into technical designs
- Experience delivering consumer or patient-facing technologies
- Knowledge of GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance
- Experience with encryption, data masking, and anonymization
- Collaborative team player with global team experience
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native technologies and API strategies
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of life sciences or pharmaceutical data architecture
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and Advanced Therapy Management
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and Snowflake data warehousing
- Experience creating C4 architecture models
- Knowledge of data analytics platforms like Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities
- Experience with DevOps tools such as AutoRabbit, GitHub, Terraform
- Experience with Informatica iPaaS
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $70.00 to $100.00/hr.
Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
