Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with strong Service Cloud expertise to join our Consumer Goods client on a long-term engagement.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable solutions, with a specific focus on Service Voice and Omni-Channel Routing.
This is a high-priority role requiring deep technical architecture knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, with emphasis on Service Voice and Omni-Channel Routing.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
Serve as the technical lead in discovery, design, and implementation phases.
Partner with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure project success.
Provide hands-on guidance to development teams on best practices, coding standards, and integration approaches.
Conduct technical reviews and ensure solution quality and adherence to governance.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership.
Required Qualifications
5–8+ years Salesforce experience (architect-level preferred).
Proven track record as a Salesforce Technical Architect delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Deep expertise in Service Cloud, including strong knowledge of Service Voice and Omni-Channel Routing.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex, integrations, and deployment lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, scalability considerations, and integration patterns.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
Fluent in English (written and verbal); Spanish a plus.
Located in LATAM region with ability to work full-time and maintain US Central timezone overlap.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce System Architect and/or Application Architect certifications.
Experience in the Consumer Goods industry.
Prior experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations across global teams.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
