**Location: Hybrid with up to 50% travel to client location.

Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office will be required to work onsite 2 times per week.**

**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Consultant with expertise in SAP Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite to join our SAP practice.

This role focuses on analyzing customer business processes, leveraging Signavio to uncover insights, and mapping processes to SAP Best Practices within S/4HANA.

You will play a pivotal role in helping clients accelerate transformation by identifying opportunities for innovation, standardization, and value realization.

This position requires strong client-facing skills, deep understanding of end-to-end business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, etc.), and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable recommendations aligned with SAP’s solution portfolio in both Public and Private variants of Cloud ERP

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead business process discovery and mapping workshops using **SAP Signavio** .
+ Analyze client systems and process data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and AI & automation opportunities.
+ Map current business processes to **SAP S/4HANA Best Practices** and industry standards.
+ Provide recommendations to optimize processes leveraging **SAP BTP** , **AI** , and **automation tools** .
+ Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to design transformation roadmaps.
+ Guide clients on **innovation adoption** (process intelligence, automation, AI, analytics).
+ Deliver clear and concise documentation of business requirements, process flows, and solution recommendations.
+ Support integration of Signavio with SAP tools such as **Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, Enable Now, WalkMe, LeanIX** , and **SAP BTP** .
+ Support change management and stakeholder alignment activities during transformations.
+ Provide advisory services on **process automation, data-driven decision-making** , and **continuous improvement**

**Qualifications and Experience:**

+ 7+ years of experience in SAP business process analysis, architecture, or transformation roles.
+ 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Suite (Process Manager, Journey Modeler, Process Intelligence, Collaboration Hub).
+ Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and transformation lifecycle.
+ Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, process hierarchy design, and modeling best practices.
+ Experience with process mining, data modeling, and KPI development.
+ Excellent facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
+ SAP Signavio certification or equivalent BPM credentials.
+ Familiarity with all SAP value chains in particular - Finance, Lead-to-Cash and Plan-to-Fulfil and their integration with Signavio.
+ Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with **Lean Six Sigma** , **process factory models** , or **continuous improvement methodologies** .
+ Knowledge of **industry-specific processes** (manufacturing, utilities, retail, automotive).
+ Exposure to **cloud platforms** (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS) and **automation tools** .
+ Experience working in **Agile or hybrid delivery environments** .
