**Location: Hybrid with up to 50% travel to client location.

Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office will be required to work onsite 2 times per week.**

**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect Retail with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Retail/Fashion, SAP BTP, and integration frameworks.

This role focuses on solution architecture, AI-enabled solutioning, and delivery oversight for retail transformation programs, ensuring seamless integration, extensibility, and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Design and implement **SAP technical architectures** for Retail/Fashion projects, including system integration, extensions, and performance optimization.
+ Support DXC pursuit teams with **technical solutioning, estimates, and RFP responses** in partnership with functional colleagues.
+ Lead **integration scenarios** between SAP (S/4HANA, CAR, Retail, EWM) and external systems (POS, e-commerce, vendor portals, supply chain).
+ Develop and maintain a strong understanding of **SAP’s Business AI portfolio** (AI Foundation, AI Core, AI Launchpad, SAP Intelligent RPA, Joule) and how they enhance SAP technical landscapes.
+ Lead **technical workshops and executive presentations** , clearly communicating the value of SAP Business AI and innovation on SAP BTP.
+ Develop **proposals, reference architectures, and roadmaps** that highlight both technical feasibility and business value.
+ Collaborate closely with **sales teams** to qualify opportunities and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
+ Stay current with **advancements in SAP technology, AI, and cloud services** , sharing insights and best practices with DXC teams and clients.

+ **SAP Solution Development** – Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, Fiori, APIs, CDS views, and SAP BTP services.
+ **Integration & AI-Enabled Innovation** – Strong knowledge of SAP CPI/PI/PO, cloud-native integrations, and practical application of SAP Business AI in retail.
+ **Solutioning & Client Advisory** – Ability to design technical + AI-enabled solutions, estimate effort, and articulate architectures in clear, business-oriented terms.

**Qualifications**

+ 8+ years of SAP technical experience, with 4+ years in **Retail/Fashion environments** .
+ Strong knowledge of **SAP S/4HANA architecture, SAP BTP, and SAP AI portfolio** .
+ Hands-on experience with **Fiori, extensions, APIs, and cloud-native services** .
+ Awareness of **SAP Business AI use cases** in retail (pricing, supply chain, customer insights, automation).
+ Excellent collaboration, presentation, and client engagement skills.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
