**About the SAP STAR Program**

The SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program is a multi-year undergraduate rotational program that offers internships and co-ops, preparing students for full-time employment and long-term success at SAP or within its vast ecosystem of customers and partners after graduation.

The STAR program allows students to get hands-on experience and rotate between multiple lines of business such as SAP’s Product Engineering, Customer Services and Delivery, and Customer Success board areas.

Selected students will be eligible to complete an international rotation at their choice of one of over 200 worldwide office locations.

**What you’ll do:**

**Position title:** SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program - Development Focus [Newtown Square]

**Location:** Hybrid - Newtown Square, PA

**Expected start date to end date:** May 2026 – July 2028

**Working hours: Part time** (10 - 20 hrs./week) during the semester - Full time (40 hrs./week) during break

STAR students first receive a full range of formal trainings on SAP’s core technology stack and soft skills, prior to entering their specific department.

Students are expected to commit to full-time employment when on break from their university and part-time during their academic terms (10 hours per week minimum during part-time).

Top performers who successfully graduate from university will be well positioned for full-time employment at SAP.

Graduates of the program will likely find their ideal job in the areas of software development, service & support, product management, or consulting.

**What you bring:**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.

You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

+ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a Computer Science major or related field of study at a university local to the Philadelphia area ( **NOTE: You must have at least two full years left of school to apply!** )
+ Interested in pursuing a long-term internship schedule with full-time hours while on summer break and/or co-op, as well as part-time hours during the academic year
+ Adaptable, proactive, curious and willing to learn
+ Collaborative and team-oriented
+ Excellent communicators in English (additional languages a plus)
+ Ability to work both remote and in the SAP Newtown Square office in a hybrid capacity
+ If you require work authorization, you must be able to secure OPT or Pre-OPT to work during your school terms
+ If you are considering a study abroad program, you must provide written documentation that you are eligible to work during the program

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role.

The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD.

The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc.

Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
