Job Overview
Clauser Tree Care is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Scheduling Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Chalfont, PA.

In this key administrative role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients-answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and helping coordinate the daily activities of our certified arborists.

Key Responsibilities-
Answer and route 30-40 inbound calls daily in a professional, courteous manner-
Schedule and coordinate estimates and service appointments for certified arborists-
Check and respond to daily voicemail and email messages-
Draft and send service proposals, memos, and client communications via email-
Maintain accurate and organized digital and paper filing systems-
Order and track inventory of office supplies-
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications-
Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or scheduling preferred-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail required-
Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Maps is a plus-
Friendly, professional communication skills (verbal and written)-
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office setting-
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn-
High school diploma required; additional admin or office training a bonus-
Knowledge of Bucks and Montgomery Counties preferred
