If you’re a multitasker who enjoys both creative and administrative work, and wants to be part of a team bringing one of the world’s top heli-skiing experiences to life, we’d love to hear from you.**Responsibilities****Digital Marketing & Content Creation*** Develop and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).* Assist in creating reels, stories, and posts that showcase what sets MWHS apart.* Support the development and writing of email newsletters.* Maintain and update website content.* Track digital performance and engagement to help guide improvements.* Help plan and execute seasonal campaigns and promotions.**Marketing Support & Coordination*** Maintain inventory of sales and marketing materials; assist with reordering and restocking as needed.* Collaborate with guides and staff to gather stories, photos, videos, and authentic content.* Keep creative assets organized.* Support special projects as they arise.* Other tasks as needed.**Qualifications*** Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).* 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content creation role.* Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.* Basic skills in photography, video editing, or graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).* Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.* A compelling storyteller with excellent written and visual communication skills.* Creative, flexible, and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.**Assets (Nice to Have)*** Experience with website CMS (e.g., WordPress)* Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing best practices.* Passion for skiing, snowboarding, and mountain adventure.* Experience working in tourism, outdoor recreation, or hospitality environments.**Working Conditions*** Ability to work independently to contribute to the organization’s success* On site position located in Blue River, BC through winter season with opportunity for hybrid work during summer months.* Proven ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic and challenging work environment.**Compensation**$41,600 – $62,400 = $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualificationsMike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing is a Canadian Company dedicated to supplying the finest skiing experience in the world.
