This position is 100% Remote.

Duration: 6-months
Pay: $42–$46/hour
Role Summary / Purpose
We are seeking a Search Analyst with both SEO and SEM expertise to support a newly structured total search team.
This role will manage reporting and optimization for SEO and SEM campaigns, collaborate with senior search managers, and partner with cross-functional teams on high-investment campaigns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Paid Search (SEM):
- Assist with campaign planning, strategy, forecasting, execution, optimization, and reporting
- Manage pacing, develop weekly performance insights, and identify optimization opportunities
- Conduct keyword research/analysis, copy development, bid strategy, and budget allocation
- Identify test-and-learn opportunities to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with analytics on measurement, tagging, and reporting
- Coordinate with display/social teams for cross-channel campaigns
Organic Search (SEO):
- Support monthly and quarterly organic search traffic reports
- Perform on-page content optimization (meta titles, descriptions, etc.)
- Identify keyword opportunities/gaps and monitor SERP changes affecting CTR
- Manage keyword portfolios using SEO tools
- Assist new content initiatives with SEO insights
- Collaborate with technical SEO team on web implementation
- Provide ad-hoc SEO/competitor insights
General / Strategic:
- Stay updated with SEO/SEM industry trends, Google algorithm updates, ad formats, and competitor practices
- Identify SEO/SEM integration opportunities, coordinate messaging, and share keyword insights
- Leverage internal automation and AI tools to identify trends and optimize program efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or in lieu, high school diploma/GED + 4+ years marketing experience)
- 3+ years hands-on paid search management (planning, execution, optimization, reporting)
- 3+ years hands-on SEO/content optimization experience; knowledge of HTML and SEO-impacting elements
- Proficient with SEO tools (SEMRush, seoClarity, BrightEdge, Conductor, etc.)
- Proficient with paid platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360 preferred)
- Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console preferred)
- Ability to translate complex SEO/SEM data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Understanding of AI’s impact on search
