Seasonal DOT Operations Support - Langdon, ND

We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture.

**Summary**

Simplot Grower Solutions is looking to fill a seasonal Truck Driver/Warehouse position.

Full-time, temporary, position with full benefits and the opportunity for substantial over-time hours.

The primary responsibility is to operate trucks, deliver fertilizer and chemicals and assist with plant operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Operate fertilizer truck, fill application equipment, and support plant operations as needed
+ May assist with recordkeeping related to warehouse/inventory responsibilities
+ Maintain and keep trucks clean
+ Performs varied responsibilities such as: equipment and plant maintenance including welding, pump and engine overhauls, painting, and general housekeeping responsibilities
+ Loading and delivering fertilizer and chemicals to customers
+ Miscellaneous duties such as assisting with special projects, attending training sessions, providing back-up when needed, etc.

**Typical Education**

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

**Skills & Relevant Experience**

+ Truck driving experience preferred
+ Knowledge of local rural geography is a plus
+ Knowledge of farm operations is a plus

**Requirements**

+ Must hold and maintain a Class A or B CDL and appropriate driving record
+ HazMat & Tanker Endorsements preferred
+ Must be willing and able to work Ag Industry hours, which may include: early days, late evening, weekends, holidays, and overtime as seasonal needs demand
+ Must be able to lift 50lbs
+ Must be able to perform all essential functions of the job
