ResponsibilitiesOB SUMMARY:
Performs duties while maintaining good service excellence and service recovery skills at all times.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.

Education: High School Diploma.
Some College or Higher Education preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in security, psychiatric or acute care hospital experience a plus.
Licensure/Certification: PERC card preferred, CPI a plus
Knowledge: Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to interact effectively and politely with hospital staff, visitors, doctors, etc.
Supervision Received: Director of Security
Working Conditions: Work hazards associated with potential misconduct in surrounding areas of the Hospital.
Exposure to agitated employees or guests who may exhibit violent/aggressive behavior.
General hospital environment.
Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate verbally, telephonically and in writing.
Physical agility to make Hospital perimeter rounds.
