As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be part of a dedicated team serving at a commercial real estate location.

Your role will involve conducting regular patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and interacting with tenants and visitors to provide outstanding customer service.

**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour**

**Job Schedule:**

**Day** **Time**

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, observing for suspicious activity and helping to deter unauthorized individuals.
+ Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to site protocols.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while on patrol.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
+ Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines while performing patrol duties.
+ Remain alert and aware of the surroundings throughout each shift, adapting to changing environments and conditions as needed.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
