As a **Security Officer - Access Control Patrol - FT** in **Bryan, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the facility.

**Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour**

**Job Schedule:**

**Day** **Time**

Thur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities:**

+ Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site-specific procedures.
+ Provide customer service by assisting individuals with inquiries and directing them as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
+ Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies, including responding to alarms and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and observe for unusual activity.
+ Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
+ Support emergency response activities as required, including following evacuation and lockdown procedures when appropriate.
+ Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address security-related matters within the food and beverage environment.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
