As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout retail and mall locations.

Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff.

You will monitor assigned areas, communicate clearly with guests, and respond promptly to situations as they arise.

This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required.

**Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour**

**Day** **Time**

Wed04:30 PM - 09:30 PM

Thur04:30 PM - 09:30 PM

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related hazards within the location to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and maintaining a visible presence within the location.
+ Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols and providing assistance as needed.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences encountered during patrols.

+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
