**Wage:** $16.83/HR

**Available Shift:** Tues - Thurs: 3PM - 11PM & Fri: 7:30AM - 5:30PM

**What Your Day May Look Like:**

+ Greet client employee’s, vendors, client, site visitors and aid as needed.
+ Conduct internal patrol and/or external mobile patrol when needed to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, blocked ingress and egress, mechanical problems, unauthorized persons, inspects grounds using appropriate equipment and protective gear.
+ Monitor entrance/exits and provide guidance to site visitors, and/or vendors.
+ Complete daily activity (DAR), incident reports and logs via Securitas and client systems.
+ Provide an atmosphere in which all customers, client employees, site visitors, client, and Management know their needs are being met.
+ Present a good image to client, public, and Management.
+ Operates in a calm manner and directs persons who cause disruption to leave property.
+ Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations; sets up barriers and signage, and provides direction or information to others.
+ Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client, Company Management, or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the site.
+ Acts to ensure that all property removal is conducted within appropriate policy requirements and in accord with client standards.
+ Carries out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
+ Report alarms in accordance with client requirements, and monitor cameras.

**Position Requirements:**

+ 18 years of age or older.
+ High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
+ Security, Law Enforcement, OR Military experience a plus!!
+ Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!!
+ Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
+ Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
+ Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
+ All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
+ Understands the nature of customer service and interactions with the public.
+ Must have day / swing shift availability.
+ Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
+ Must be able to interact with and greet site visitors, client, or client employees in a positive manner, while maintaining excellent customer service.
+ Intermediate computer/technology skills needed to ensure completion of daily activity reports, and logs via handheld devices, and ability to report alarms via telephone.
+ Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills to assist vendors, public, client, Site Supervisor, and Office Management.
+ Must be open to communication and feedback from client, Site Supervisor and Office Management.
+ Must be able to adhere to 15 minute, and lunch breaks.
+ Must be able to work in a team environment to ensure site/organizational goals are achieved daily.
+ Must be able to remain organized and professional.
+ Must be able to learn and adhere to security operations.
+ Must provide high quality customer service in-person, via radio, and over the telephone.
+ Must have a personal vehicle, Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record due to required mobile patrol.
+ Must be able to obtain Colorado Springs Guard Card license and maintain it every year.
+ Must be able to attend in-person interview, and in-person orientation if hired in Colorado Springs.
