As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to maintain a secure and welcoming environment at a leading food and beverage location.

Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols of assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone on site.

**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $16.25 / Hour**

**Job Schedule:**

**Day** **Time**

Mon10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the food and beverage production environment.
+ Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas as outlined in site-specific procedures.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
+ Support emergency response efforts in accordance with location protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

+ Availability across various days and shifts
+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
+ A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ CPR Certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
