As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location.

Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to everyone on site.

You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and respond to any security-related concerns with professionalism.

**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $24.82 / Hour**

**Job Schedule:**

**Day** **Time**

Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats in and around the location, particularly in areas with sensitive equipment or information.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain authorized access.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, providing assistance as needed.
+ Document incidents and daily activities in a thorough and timely manner, following Allied Universal guidelines.
+ Support emergency response efforts, including evacuations or lockdowns, as directed by site procedures and Allied Universal protocols.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
