Seed Sales Representative – North Dakota

Ag 1 Source is seeking a Seed Sales Representative in South Central North Dakota to partner with growers in a territory south of Jamestown and Valley City.

  • What you will be doing:

  • Sell seed and crop protection products directly to growers in south-central North Dakota
  • Work directly with customers to provide agronomic services, advice, and technology solutions
  • Expand the sales of well-respected brand and its associated products (seed treatments, Crop Protection products, drone services, etc.) to the customer base
  • Demand planning for upcoming sales seasons
  • Support planting and harvesting agronomic product knowledge plots
  • Call on a clearly defined list of farmers
  • A successful candidate for this Seed Sales role will possess the following:

  • Desire to obtain deep product knowledge and help educate local farmers of the benefits and placement of those products
  • Strong relationship building skills, sales skills, and agronomic knowledge
  • Experience working with seed, and other crop inputs is preferred
  • Willing to embrace new technology to enhance business efficiency
