Job Description
The Project Manager - Concrete Construction will:
Supervise all direct responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager; in the absence of an APM, these responsibilities shall be handled directlySupervise submittal and RFI processesOversee coordination of material deliveriesManage jobsite documentation, including progress photosOversee job close-out requirementsSupport jobsite safety enforcementDevelop and manage project schedulesTrack and report project progressMonitor and control project costsEnforce risk management parameters established by the Project ExecutiveManage change orders and support dispute resolution

The Successful Applicant
The successful Project Manager candidate will have:
Bacheor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field3+ years of experience post-graduation within the Construction Project Management industrySelf-Perform Concrete experience is not required, but is helpfulAbility to utilize Auto Desk, ProCore, Bluebeam, Excel, and other relevant or new softwares as neededPassion for building relationshipsDesire to grow career in HuntsvilleWhat's on Offer
