As a Senior Access Control & Alarm Technician at Driven Security, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems to ensure the safety and security of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities:-
Installation and Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, and repair security systems, including alarms, surveillance cameras, access control systems, and intercoms.-
Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients, including system operation training and troubleshooting assistance.
Assisting with Training new team.-
System Configuration: Program and configure security equipment to meet client specifications and ensure optimal performance.-
Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys to assess security needs and recommend appropriate security solutions.-
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and service calls performed.-
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
Assist with Training new teams.
Qualifications:-
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in security system installation and maintenance.-
Technical Skills: Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting security equipment and systems.-
Knowledge: Understanding of security system protocols, standards, and best practices.-
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.-
Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.-
Certifications: Relevant certifications in security systems installation and maintenance are preferred.-
Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
