The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality APIs that meet business and technical requirements.

This hybrid role (3 days in-office) will involve working in a collaborative environment to deliver scalable and efficient API solutions, providing technical leadership, and driving the adoption of industry best practices across the team.</p> <p>This position requires someone with strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of API architecture, and the ability to mentor and guide a team in solving complex technical challenges.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li> <p><b>API Design & Development</b>: Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality APIs, ensuring they meet both business and technical specifications.</p> </li> <li> <p><b>Leadership & Mentorship</b>: Provide technical leadership to the API development team.

Mentor team members, foster a culture of innovation, and guide others to achieve technical excellence.</p> </li> <li> <p><b>Collaboration</b>: Work closely with cross-functional teams-including product managers, architects, and other developers-to define API requirements and specifications.</p> </li> <li> <p><b>API Optimization</b>: Monitor and optimize API performance, ensuring that APIs are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
