**Position Purpose:** Design and develop automation work flows and agentic AI solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform.
Ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and the Azure AI stack.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent business solutions across our enterprise ecosystem.
Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide design, technical analysis, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and support expertise representing the interest of the business across the enterprise.
+ Design and build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
+ Integrate and leverage Azure AI services (e.g., Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML)
+ Work with ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms to streamline operations
+ Designs, develops, tests, and deploys software solutions and process flows complying with standards, guidelines, and best practices
+ Identifies, assesses, and formulates architectural impacts and solutions from business requirements
+ Collaborates to ensure application designs utilize appropriate patterns and standards
+ Analyzes user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints, including the ability to estimate work needed
+ Assesses functional and nonfunctional requirements and creates designs to meet both business and technical needs
+ Creates conceptual and detailed technical design documents and works with the business to update, as needed
+ Identifies and resolves problems, often anticipating issues before they occur or before they grow, develops and evaluates options, and implements solutions
+ Utilizes and contribute to the development of application coding techniques and standards
+ Collaborates with Application Solution Architects, IS Business Analysts and other technical resources on the delivery of application functionality
+ Participates in tier 3 application support activities including incident management and the assessment and delivery of application upgrades and patches
+ Performs other duties as assigned
+ Complies with all policies and standards
**Education/Experience:** A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
**Technical Skills:**
One or more of the following skills are desired.
+ Experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and AI-driven app development
+ Experience with Power Platform administration and operation
+ Experience with Power BI
+ Experience with Azure AI stack (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Functions)
+ Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices
+ Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise IT environments
+ Understanding of enterprise technologies and integration patterns
**Soft Skills:**
+ Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
+ Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
+ Ability to work independently
+ Demonstrated analytical skills
+ Demonstrated project management skills
+ Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure
+ Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills
**License/Certification:**
+ Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred
Pay Range: $85,300.00 - $158,100.00 per year
Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
