Position Title: Senior Applications Developer - Oracle
Location:Alpharetta, Neenah or Remote
Description:
OurSenior Applications Developer supportsMativ’sCorporate Information Technology Segment.
This role will be responsible for support of our Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion/Cloud and third-party systems.
This person is expected to have strong coding and debugging skills to help build solutions to keep Mativ a leader in our market.
Teamwork, respect, collaboration, leadership, and self-motivation are keys to success for this position.
You will be a strong advocate for the Mativ IT culture in We Partner, We Listen, We Deliver & We Care.
responsibilities:
Client Engagement
•Manage and participate in meetings with internal business clients to understand their needs effectively.
•Skillfully handle customer requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Issue Resolution
•Collaborate with end-users and third-party vendors to identify and resolve production issues promptly.
•Provide support for Oracle Applications and third-party software, contributing to a seamless operational environment.
Project Management
•Maintain composure under high-pressure situations, ensuring the successful delivery of business projects and resolution of daily issues.
•Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities,delivering timely solutions and designs.
Multi-Project Development
•Manage development across multiple taskssimultaneously while actively participating in production support issues.
Communication and Understanding
•Demonstrate effective communication skills, actively listening, and maintaining a customer-focused approach.
•Develop a deep understanding of solution execution, comprehending the how, what, and why of the developed solutions.
Design and Documentation
•Review, validate, and translate functional designs into technical designs.
•Analyze, design, test, implement, and provide post-implementation support for both easy and complex programs, ensuring well-documented processes.
Team Collaboration
•Promote a strong team environment within IT and across business functions and departments.
•Foster collaboration within IT and the broader business community.
•Collaborate with the BRM team to deliver effective solutions to the business.
Leadership and Innovation
•Demonstrate leadership by recommending enhancements and new software projects aligning with Mativ goals.
•Welcome guidance and mentorship from the senior members on the team.
IT Service management
