A Day In The Life

No two days look the same, and thats what keeps you engaged.

You might start your day by updating campaign trackers, reviewing content requests, and preparing materials for a cross-functional meeting.

By the afternoon, youre supporting shoot logistics, checking in on sample readiness, and sharing updates with global partners.

Youre a key support partner across teams, helping ensure that every piece of content is delivered with accuracy and impact.

More Specifically, You Will

• Assist in tracking global seasonal content needs across Digital, Wholesale, Licensing, and International teams.
  
  
• Support content intake and submission processes, ensuring requests are complete and aligned with campaign timelines.
  
  
• Help audit incoming requests to identify redundancies and streamline production workflows.
  
  
• Coordinate with Marketing and Creative Operations to confirm timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
  
  
• Maintain centralized tracking tools (e.g., Airtable) to provide visibility into campaign and content progress.
  
  
• Help prepare and submit briefs for global and regional shoots, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  
  
• Support campaign shoot sample ordering and readiness for production shoots.
  
  
• Act as a liaison between Integrated Marketing and Creative Ops, helping flag issues and track resolutions.
  
  
• Assist with on-set execution for select shoots, ensuring alignment with approved product direction.
  
  
• Share timely updates with global teams on production status and asset readiness.
  
  
• Manage calendars and help track campaign milestones to support timely delivery.
  
  
• Organize and support meetings such as Style Outs, Shot List Reviews, and Creative Reviews.
  
  

To Land This Role

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, content production, or project coordination, preferably in a global or cross-functional environment.
  
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  
  
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  
  
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Trello) and content production workflows.
  
  
• Experience supporting photo or video shoots is a plus.
  
  
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  
  
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 80,000.00 USD - 110,000.00 USD.

Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
