**The Difference You Make:**

The Senior Associate, Treasury for Liquidity Data Analytics, performs advanced quantitative analysis to inform asset-liability management (ALM) and liquidity strategies, using SQL and/or Python to create reports, dashboards, and forecasts on large balance sheets.

Key responsibilities include refining analytical models, assessing market and macroeconomic impacts, collaborating with senior leaders, and ensuring data integrity.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems within a fast-paced financial environment.

+ Conduct quantitative analysis on treasury data, including liquidity, interest rate risk, capital, and balance sheet management.
+ Design, develop, and refine analytical models, scorecards, and valuation frameworks to improve decision-making.
+ Prepare data for analysis, ensure its accuracy and integrity, and deliver high-quality, well-structured written presentations and dashboards for senior audiences.
+ Develop cash flow forecasts, analyze variances, and track key treasury metrics and KPIs.
+ Serve as an internal consultant, providing insights and recommendations to solve major business challenges and contribute to strategic initiatives.
+ Build relationships and work with various teams, including finance, business lines, IT engineering, and risk, to achieve common goals.
+ Gather and analyze data, market trends, and regulatory developments to inform strategy and maintain subject-matter expertise.

+ Bachelor's Degree: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent field.

+ Master's Degree: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent field.

- Preferred.
+ 9+ Years of relevant work experience in a quantitative or financial analytics in role the Banking/Financial Services Industry.

- Required.

+ Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
+ Practical knowledge in financial analysis, competitive analytics, balance sheet management, and risk management.
+ Ability to tackle ambiguous problems, think critically, and extract insights from complex datasets
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range.

For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.

The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

**Base Pay Range**

Minimum:

$101,250.00 USD

Maximum:

$180,000.00 USD
