Making sure each customer’s environment is completely isolated, secure, and easy to monitor.
That’s where you come in.
As our Senior AWS Cloud Security Engineer, you’ll be the one shaping how this gets done.
You won’t just be a technical expert; you’ll also be working alongside senior leaders, business executives, and outside vendors.
Your voice will carry weight in meetings, and your expertise will help establish a secure and scalable foundation for the future.
You will need to reside (or have ability to relocate) within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite.
What You’ll Be Doing
Put strong policies and guardrails in place so security isn’t an afterthought — it’s built-in.
Build dashboards and reports that make audits straightforward and repeatable.
Confidently explain risks and solutions in plain language, turning complex issues into actionable decisions.
On a typical day, you might:
Jump on a call with leadership to walk through the security impacts of a new service.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or relevant/equivalent work experience.
Skills that Make You Stand Out:
Deep AWS knowledge (IAM, VPC, KMS, GuardDuty, Config, CloudTrail, Control Tower).
Hands-on with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Ability to explain technical risk to non-technical audiences.
Experience with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, or ISO 27001.
Strong instincts for problem-solving and staying calm when things get tough.
