Job Description

+ Sr. Business Analyst Charles River CRD will act as SME on CRD CRIMS front office workflows and configurations

+ Support setup and maintenance of Security Master, Blotters, MWB, Templates, Workflow Rules, and related configurations

+ Apply knowledge of equity, fixed income, derivatives, money markets, mutual funds, ETFs, and cash workflows

+ Build and optimize SQL queries, workflow rules, data mappings, and integrations with external systems

+ Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA, and integration teams in Agile delivery

+ Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and production issues

+ Ensure alignment of CRD platform with business and technical requirements


Basic Qualifications:

+ A minimum of 10 years of direct investment management experience including front office workflow with hands-on CRIMS configuration experience (MWB, Blotters, Security Master, Workflow Rules, etc)

+ A minimum of 3 years of experience with a least 5 financial domain functions: Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Money Market, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Cash Management

+ A minimum of 3 years of experience with advanced SQL queries, build dynamic queries, and design event driven workflow rules

+ High school diploma or GED


Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in Agile environments delivering CRD upgrades, enhancements, and production support
