**Position Summary:**

We are seeking a **Senior Business Systems Analyst** to support the RCH ERP Legacy Support Engagement, with a dual focus on **business applications** and **security/IAM responsibilities** .

This role will split time between supporting application intake, documentation, and coordination efforts, and contributing to ERP security controls, access reviews, and incident response readiness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Business Applications:**

+ Triage ad-hoc requests from Teams and convert into ServiceNow tickets or Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog items.
+ Assist in drafting business requirements and user stories for intake and project planning.
+ Maintain and update documentation including KB articles, CMDB entries, and legacy app references.
+ Support SharePoint page customization and RPA monitoring (e.g., daily re-runs, UAT coordination).
+ Assist with application rationalization efforts including data collection and device mapping.
+ Maintain ADO board hygiene, dashboards, and backlog structure.
+ Prepare change management artifacts (CAB, RFS, intake documentation).
+ Track and follow up on low-complexity vendor tickets and support documentation of workflows.

**Security/IAM:**

+ Support ERP security deliverables including segregation of duties (SoD) conflict matrix, access audits, and cutover checklists.
+ Assist in documenting data flow controls, encryption standards, and retention policies.
+ Maintain audit-ready evidence for change tickets, logging, and data loss prevention (DLP) paths.
+ Participate in incident response tasks including triage, containment, and documentation under IR Lead direction.
+ Monitor and document integration security (e.g., Workday to UKG), SSO cert lifecycle, and access provisioning.
+ Map security artifacts to NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and HIPAA Security Rule requirements.
+ Contribute to weekly status reporting on open risks, blockers, and completed evidence.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

+ 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles.
+ Strong understanding of ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint.
+ Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and compliance standards (HIPAA, NIST).
+ Experience with ERP systems (Workday, Lawson, UKG) and security models.
+ Ability to document workflows, requirements, and audit evidence clearly.
+ Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with IAM tools and SSO protocols (SAML/OIDC).
+ Exposure to incident response tools (e.g., Cortex XDR, Proofpoint, M365 Defender).
+ Familiarity with RPA, data protection practices, and change control processes.

Prior experience in healthcare or enterprise IT environments.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $150,000.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.

In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
