PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: Fort Meade, MD

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI

Responsibilities:

·The CI Analyst RDA shall initiate, integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis in support of Army Research, Development, and Acquisitions (RDA) and Defense Critical Infrastructure.

·Work shall require frequent interaction with ACIC leadership, Army program personnel, other military Cl services and unified commands, and contract support teams.

·Shall provide comprehensive analytic assessments, operational opportunities, and recommendations on the integration of CI activities in support of ACIC mission and objectives, primarily through finished intelligence production and external engagements throughout the Intelligence Community Enterprise.

·Provide subject matter expertise to prioritize topics of interest.

·Conduct research to support development of appropriate reports, database development, or other activities to meet Government customer needs.

Required qualifications/skills:

·Minimum education and years of experience requirements for the following:

oHigh School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

-OR-

oAssociates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

-OR-

oBachelors Degree: 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

-OR-

oMasters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

·Training: Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Courses:

oArmy - 35F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)

oArmy - 351F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)

oArmy – Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC)

oArmy - 35M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)

oArmy - 351M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)

oAir Force –Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC), U.S. Air Force Special Investigations Academy, or predecessor.

oNavy – Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB), Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy, or predecessor.

·Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst

·Minimum 5 years of experience in RDA

·Required Skills, as demonstrated in resume:

oUnderstanding of Intelligence Cycle

oUnderstanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP

oFamiliarization with DCGS-A

·Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.

·Must possess strong oral and written communication and negotiating skills, presenting and advocating for analytic methodologies.

·Must demonstrate the ability to write in a clear, concise manner, targeted at senior leader communication.

·Must possess familiarity with various Intelligence Community software and systems.

·Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

·Must be able to work in a high-operational tempo environment.

·Must be able to work both independently or as a member of a team.

·Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities and activities as needed.
