Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer

**About your role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Cloud expert to join our team in Atlanta, Omaha or Berkeley Heights, NJ.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS, Terraform, and modern DevOps practices, with a strong understanding of cloud networking and infrastructure automation.

**What you’ll do:**

+ Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
+ Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
+ Configure and manage VPCs, Route 53, and other networking components.
+ Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments and testing.
+ Monitor cloud environments using CloudWatch, ensuring high availability and performance.
+ Manage and secure cloud resources including IAM roles/policies, RDS, and Lambda functions.
+ Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in a timely manner.

**Experience you’ll need to have:**

+ 6+ years of enterprise systems engineering experience.
+ 5+ years of scripting experience (e.g., Python, Bash).
+ 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, Terraform, CloudFormation, serverless architecture using AWS Lambda.
+ 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
+ 3+ years of experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, etc.).
+ Solid understanding of networking concepts in AWS (VPC, Subnets, Route Tables, NAT, Route 53).
+ Knowledge of IAM best practices and security configurations.

**Experience that would be great to have:**

+ Experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
+ Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, ECS, EKS).
+ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
+ AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a plus.

**How you'll work:**

+ This role requires being on-call during non-standard and/or overnight hours on a rotational basis.
+ This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

**Salary Range**

$110,000.00 - $186,000.00

_These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.

Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ._
