The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others.

Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.

The Strategic Systems Analysis Group (SSAG) supports government and private sector strategic planning, decision making, and program management.

SSAG integrates deep client knowledge, advanced analytics, and subject matter expertise to provide timely and objective technical, operational, programmatic, acquisition, and policy analysis.

SPA has a near-term need for a Computer Systems Engineer/Architect.

SCITLS Responsibilities Supports GOC mission system service requirements, inclusive of situation monitoring and decision-making systems and services; IT engineering and integration services; secure and non-secure voice and data systems; and National Nuclear, Command and Control, Communications, and Computer (N2C4) System Engineering and Integration.

Responsibilities include Human User Interface Control systems and services and support to console design/integration.

Demonstrated capability in one or more of the following: Computer System Services; Data Management Services; and Systems Integration.

Specializes in multi-disciplinary engineering services to collaboratively solve complex problems that span various technical fields.

Applies solutions by using the following, Engineering and Integration Services, O&S, Line of Sight and Satellite RF Communications, Systems and Architecture Support, N2C4 System Engineering and Integration, C2 and NC2 Communications Systems, Secure and Non-secure Voice and Data Systems, RF Systems, High Frequency (HF) Systems, Air-to-Ground and other communication service delivery, Senior Leader Communications Systems/Platforms, Human User Interface Control Systems, Console Design/Integration, and 3D Modeling and Computer Aided Drafting (CAD).

Tests and evaluates system survivability, interoperability, reliability, maintenance, and maintenance upgrades.

Qualifications Required Qualifications: Must maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Nuclear Command and Control - Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2-ESI), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and eligibility for Special Access Required (SAR) programs.

Bachelor's Degree in information technology, engineering, systems analysis and/or systems architecture.

Masters degree in applicable program.

At least 10 years of experience in DoD IT infrastructure and systems integration with command and control systems.

Background and experience with strategic deterrence and global strike planning, including knowledge of Nuclear Command and Control (NC2) and Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) operations and capabilities, strategic nuclear operations, joint integrated operations, joint warfighting doctrine, unified Combatant Command (CCMD) structure, and global command and control constructs.

Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundations plus one or more of the following DoD 8140 training courses: FITSP-O or GFACT or CASP+ or CCNP Security or CCSP or Security+ (complete within 6 months of hiring) Desired Qualifications: B.S. in Computer Science with M.S. in Strategic Studies or Computer Science.

Knowledge and experience in critical command and control requirements, inclusive of NC2 and NC3 operational capabilities and procedures.

Knowledge of national, Department of Defense (DoD), and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) guidance, CJCS Emergency Action Procedures, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Emergency Action Procedures, CJCS Instructions, and Presidential Policy Directives.

Experience in supporting USSTRATCOM Global Operations Center (GOC) and/or other operations centers at Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, or DoD levels.
