Title: Senior Controls Engineer-Test Bench Key Accountabilities: Leads tasks to specify test bench electrical controls and devices applied to engine test benchLead implementation of electrical hardware and software applications during equipment conception, design, and buildManage engine interface hardware and software applications during equipment conception, design, and buildLeads development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software, engine test bench automation system, and programmable logic controllerEngage in the development and implementation of iT system architecture for overall data and system managementLeads software programming maintenance and improvements to ensure no quality defects and a safe working conditionTroubleshoot and support calibrations to individual devices and equipmentKeep Sr. Management abreast of progress, developments and pending problemsPromote a compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls-Royce Global Code of ConductPerform special projects as requiredBasic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Electrical Engineering and 5 years of industrial controls experience; or 9 years of industrial controls experience.“Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship.

This position has a traditional work schedule during a Monday through Thursday (10-hour shift) work schedule.
Also, for this position the employee may be asked to work overtime as needed.While performing tasks of this position, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer inside the facility.
Next, an employee will be occasionally required to come in contact with wet or humid conditions, an ear protection required area and be in minimal contact with engine media fumes.
Finally, this position occasionally requires the employee to be in contact with hazardous conditions.The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, or reach within the facility.
Also, the employee will occasionally be required to grasp items to carry that are 10-25 pounds once per day.
