Job Overview

The Senior CRM & Integration Developer plays a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex enterprise systems across the university.

This position combines expertise in CRM (Salesforce) and system integrations to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions in support of Georgetown University's academic and administrative operations.

Additional duties include, but are not limited to:
+ Leading the analysis, design, development, and documentation of university-wide information system requirements for platforms such as Georgetown 360 (Salesforce CRM).
+ Providing technical support for the design, implementation, and maintenance of CRM solutions and integrations between both University and external systems.
+ Designing and developing scalable MuleSoft integrations using Anypoint Platform components (Design Center, Anypoint Studio, API Manager) to connect Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Banner).
+ Managing vendor maintenance, quality control processes, change control, and application lifecycle oversight.
+ Participating in all phases of the project lifecycle to support secure and reliable enterprise IT services.
+ Scripting and software development using Python and Java
+ Administering and maintaining databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and integrating them with enterprise applications.
+ Contributing to policy development, infrastructure planning, and IT security architecture in collaboration with University Information Services



Requirements and Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
+ 6–8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems design, CRM development, and application integration—preferably in higher education.
+ Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft
+ Scripting and automation (Python, Java, JavaScript, shell scripting)
+ Database design and querying (Oracle, SQL Server)
+ Source control systems
+ Web and middleware technologies (Apache, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, enterprise app servers)
+ Experience with enterprise identity solutions
+ Preferred certifications:
+ Python (PCAP or PCPP)
+ Oracle or SQL certifications
+ Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
+ Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to build and use effective working relationships within own department and across line, functional and geographic reporting lines



Work Mode Designation

This position has been designated as Remote.

Pay Range:

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
$66,783.00 - $126,720.23

Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
